In our view

Infinity House is a wonderful spacious contemporary villa with outstanding views. Luxury touches throughout and large private infinity pool.

The Calijanda Estate features beautiful uninterrupted views along the West Coast with its azure sea and clear blue skies. This substantial property is approached along a majestic avenue of Royal Palms. Infinity House presents over 8,000 sq. ft. of pure style and luxury and is designed by a London based architect.

Infinity House is a luxury spacious property and has numerous courtyards and terraces in which to sit and enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. The villa has stunning indigenous landscaped grounds. There is a private 15 metre pool with infinity edge. Inside, the open plan design incorporates a central living pavilion and stunning kitchen. There is also a dining pavilion, media room with Wi-Fi and television (television in every bedroom) and study.

There are 8 beautifully designed bedrooms. 6 bedrooms are in the main house. Additionally there is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, guest apartment with kitchen and living room at garden level which provides guests a degree of privacy. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

No time, expense or attention to detail has been spared in creating this breathtaking home. The owners have used the finest materials and craftsmanship and design are combined with state of the art technology. The property has also been designed with various energy saving measures, large overhanging balconies to reduce solar heat from the sun and low energy fixtures and fittings.

Just minutes from Holetown and its fine dining restaurants and shopping.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
