The entrance of the villa opens on to a lovely open layout living and dining area making it super easy to kick back and enjoy the laid-back island life. Sink into comfy sofas, catch your favourite shows with satellite TV, or connect with friends using the free Wi-Fi. The dining area seats six, and French doors open to your private patio with a spa pool and garden—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine, so you’ve got all the tools to cook up some island treats.
Upstairs, a 257-square-foot master bedroom is your personal retreat, with a private balcony to soak in the view, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, all wrapped in beautiful Travertine limestone. The second bedroom has a queen-sized four-poster bed, and the third offers twin beds—perfect for the whole crew! Plus, each room has air conditioning to keep you cool.
Battaley Mews Development also offers onsite amenities including a communal swimming pool with loungers, fitness center, tennis court, and a children’s playground.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

This was our second visit to Barbados and we had a truly wonderful holiday, falling back in love with the island, the way of life and the house we rented for 2 weeks.
